Database updated to include additional 2017 through 2021 data (where
available) for every state plus DC, and the five most populous cities,
counties, and school districts within in each state. We added hundreds of files for New York school districts and ones in the Cincinnati area.

Added the 19 states that published their 2019 CAFRs after last update, 87 new individual program entries

Added data from the largest five cities in each state (that weren't already in the database), 249 new individual program entries
2018 disclosures from cities:
Added data from the largest five cities in the following states (that weren't already in the database): Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia; 39 new individual program entries
2017 disclosures from cities:
Added data from the largest five cities in the following states (that weren't already in the database): Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia; 28 new individual program entries

Added 173 of the largest cities (over three years) to the non-reporters list
